SERE Manuals

One of the most detailed and informative military survival manuals is the USAF Handbook 10-644 (27 March 2017), Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) Operations. 

The multi-service manual Survival, Evasion, and Recovery (March 2007) is an older and less detailed manual on military SERE tactics, techniques, and procedures. This can be combined with the Army Survival Manual ATP 3-50.21 (September 2018),  and FM 3-05.70 Survival (May 2002) for anyone wanting to develop an understanding of military survival techniques.
