Attorneys Advise Never Talk to the Police

In 2008 Professor James Duane of Regent Law School in Virginia Beach, VA published the now famous video of his lecture 'Don't Talk to the Police'. This video is essential to understanding your rights and protecting yourself against police over-reach and malfeasance. Police are trained to use methods of deception, intimidation and manipulation to circumvent your Constitutional Rights, thus your best protection is to make no statement to the police under any circumstances.
